Is my free week really free?
Yes. There is no card to enter and nothing to cancel. When the week ends, you simply choose: stay on the free plan or subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, and choose Tilo. The app's own Settings screen has a "Manage subscription" button that takes you there.
Can it see my screen without me knowing?
No. Screen sharing only happens when you start it yourself during a call, using the iPhone's own controls, and iOS shows its recording indicator the whole time.
Why does it sometimes say "I'm not sure"?
Because honesty is the whole point. When it cannot verify something, it says so and points you to the right human - usually Apple support or your carrier.
Where are my conversations stored?
On your phone. We do not keep copies on our servers - see the privacy policy for the plain-words version of exactly what leaves your device and why.
